  •  Document all disciplinary actions
  •  Provide representation at any meetings, hearings, etc.

  •  Research and maintain listing of community services available to Employees
  •  Assist Employees in obtaining these services


EXIT INTERVIEWS

  •  Meet with Employees that are leaving your business to determine cause and effect
  •  Assist Employee in making a smooth transition with transfer of benefits, etc.
  •  Meet with Employer to determine if everything was done that could be done
  •  Make recommendations to Employer for process improvement

COMPLIANCE
  • Prevailing Wage Compliance
  • Government Compliance Issues



ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT
  • Unemployment Claims
  • Workers Compensation and Claims

PAYROLL
  • Withholding all feral, state and local taxes; FICA, SUTA; any other statutory taxes or levies
  • Withholding and processing garnishments, child support payments, etc.
  • File quarterly Employer tax returns; pay taxes and unemployment contributions
  • Ensure delivery of employee paychecks, weekly, bi-weekly or bi-monthly
  • Process and Administer Wage Garnishments
  • Ensure timely delivery of invoices to client
